  簡(jiǎn)介:
  張瑞福,山東泰安人,1974年出生于山東省泰安市。2004年4月在南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位, 2004年6月起先后在香港大學(xué)、美國(guó)德克薩斯農(nóng)工大學(xué)、加州大學(xué)戴維斯分校從事博士后研究。2010年4月起任南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。SCI 雜志《International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation》(IBB) 的編委。中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)環(huán)境微生物專(zhuān)委會(huì)委員。南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)高層次引進(jìn)人才。主要從事根際微生物與生物技術(shù)研究,研究領(lǐng)域包括根際微生物學(xué)、微生物有機(jī)肥、土壤微生物多樣性及其優(yōu)化調(diào)控、土壤有機(jī)污染物的微生物降解、木質(zhì)纖維素的微生物酶解等

 ?。?)根際微生物工程:主要從事根際有益微生物在根際的生態(tài)行為、效應(yīng)及定殖的分子機(jī)理、與植物根系之間的分子互作與信號(hào)調(diào)控;集約化農(nóng)田與高強(qiáng)度連作保護(hù)蔬菜地以及新開(kāi)補(bǔ)充耕地的快速培肥過(guò)程中,高產(chǎn)及抑病型根際土壤微生物區(qū)系的構(gòu)建與調(diào)控措施、效果;功能性微生物有機(jī)肥的開(kāi)發(fā)及其在可持續(xù)、低投入農(nóng)業(yè)上的應(yīng)用。
 ?。?)微生物高效木質(zhì)纖維素酶制劑的開(kāi)發(fā)及協(xié)同作用機(jī)理:主要從事高效木質(zhì)纖維素降解菌的分離,木質(zhì)纖維素酶的分離純化、協(xié)同作用機(jī)理,基因克隆、高效表達(dá)(E.coli, B.subtilis, Phichia pastoris, Nuerospa crass, Aspergillus niger等作為表達(dá)宿主),酶的定向進(jìn)化、高效基因工程菌的構(gòu)建、及工業(yè)用高效酶制劑的開(kāi)發(fā)等。
