個(gè)人簡介
  張磊,男,1980年生,博士學(xué)歷,現(xiàn)為南京郵電大學(xué)講師。2003年6月本科畢業(yè)于東南大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院化學(xué)工程與工藝專業(yè),并于同年8月進(jìn)入黎明化工研究院 過氧化氫開發(fā)部任助理工程師,從事過氧化氫生產(chǎn)工藝改進(jìn)研究2年。2008年6月于南京工業(yè)大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2011年9月獲華東理工大 學(xué)分析化學(xué)專業(yè)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。主要以水熱法、電化學(xué)、及模板法合成了一系列金屬、半導(dǎo)體、無機(jī)/有機(jī)復(fù)合物等納米材料;探討了它們的電化學(xué)、光電性質(zhì)及其 在生物傳感方面的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)NADH、H2O2、Cd2+等多種小分子的痕量檢測,并成功將納米等離子激元光譜技術(shù)應(yīng)用于抗癌藥物對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞代謝抑制 過程的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。先后在Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.、Chem. Soc.Rev.、 Chem.Comm.、J. Mater.Chem.、Anal.Chem.、Bioelectrochemistry等國際著名學(xué)術(shù)刊物發(fā)表SCI研究論文20余篇,他引130余次,其中單篇最高引用47次。目前研究 領(lǐng)域主要涉及納米復(fù)合材料、生物電化學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)傳感與成像技術(shù)、納米界面及微區(qū)等離子激元(SPR)生物傳感。

1.南京郵電大學(xué)引進(jìn)人才科研啟動(dòng)基金項(xiàng)目:“pH調(diào)控抗癌藥物運(yùn)載與釋放過程的納米等離子實(shí)時(shí)光學(xué)探針研究”,2012年1月-2013年12月,7萬,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,在研。
  2.東南大學(xué)生物電子學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放研究基金項(xiàng)目:“基于納米等離子體光譜技術(shù)的肺癌標(biāo)志物生物傳感器研究”,2012年1月-2013年12月,5萬,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,在研。
  3.江蘇省教育廳省屬高校自然科學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目:“腫瘤標(biāo)志物MicroRNA的納米等離子激元光學(xué)探針研究”,2012年10月-2014年10月,3萬,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,在研。
  4.國家自然科學(xué)基金委青年基金項(xiàng)目:“納米等離子激元光學(xué)探針監(jiān)測藥物載體的智能釋放研究”,2013年1月-2015年12月,29萬,項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,在研。
