山東建筑大學(xué)測(cè)繪地理信息學(xué)院的介紹 正文

測(cè)繪地理信息學(xué)科由土木工程測(cè)量教研室發(fā)展而來(lái)， 2002年開(kāi)始招收本科生，2008年在土木工程學(xué)院成立國(guó)土測(cè)繪與信息工程系，2016年6月成立測(cè)繪地理信息學(xué)院。
學(xué)院下設(shè)測(cè)繪工程、遙感科學(xué)與技術(shù)、地理信息科學(xué)三個(gè)專業(yè)教研室。設(shè)工程測(cè)量、攝影測(cè)量遙感、地理信息系統(tǒng)三個(gè)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，研究型實(shí)驗(yàn)室包括衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位（含GNSS 地面基站）實(shí)驗(yàn)室、定量遙感實(shí)驗(yàn)室、城市三維影像處理實(shí)驗(yàn)室、城市數(shù)字化空間模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室。主要科研平臺(tái)：山東省智慧城市協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、山東省數(shù)字城市工程技術(shù)中心。另外設(shè)山東建筑大學(xué)測(cè)繪與國(guó)土信息研究所、山東建筑大學(xué)遙感與GIS研究中心。
學(xué)院現(xiàn)有測(cè)繪工程、地理信息科學(xué)、遙感科學(xué)與技術(shù)3個(gè)本科專業(yè)，擁有測(cè)繪科學(xué)與技術(shù)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)（包括大地測(cè)量與工程測(cè)量、攝影測(cè)量與遙感、地圖學(xué)與地理信息工程三個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科方向）、資源與環(huán)境專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士點(diǎn)（測(cè)繪遙感GIS研究方向）、土木水利專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士點(diǎn)（工程測(cè)量與BIM研究方向），與歐洲、美洲、澳洲等高校有交換培養(yǎng)本科生、研究生計(jì)劃。目前在校本科生700人，研究生58人。 
學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工52人，其中教授8人，副教授15人,博士生導(dǎo)師3人，碩士生導(dǎo)師21人，專任教師博士化率達(dá)75%。測(cè)繪地理信息學(xué)科帶頭人、校長(zhǎng)靳奉祥教授為俄羅斯自然科學(xué)院外籍院士，《國(guó)家新世紀(jì)百千萬(wàn)人才工程》國(guó)家級(jí)人才首批入選者，瑞士洛桑高等工業(yè)大學(xué)(EPFL)客座教授。
近年來(lái)，測(cè)繪地理信息學(xué)科發(fā)表論文300余篇，被三大檢索收錄50余篇，出版教材著作6部，承擔(dān)和參與國(guó)家863項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目等國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)以上縱向科研項(xiàng)目20項(xiàng)，縱向橫向科研經(jīng)費(fèi)2000萬(wàn)元。獲省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、三等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。
目前，學(xué)院在校本科生700人，研究生58人，在校學(xué)生參加全國(guó)大學(xué)生各類科技競(jìng)賽獲得國(guó)家級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)10余項(xiàng)、省級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)30余項(xiàng)，畢業(yè)生受到社會(huì)廣泛認(rèn)可，就業(yè)率及就業(yè)質(zhì)量居省內(nèi)同類專業(yè)前列。畢業(yè)生考研率在20%以上，升入包括國(guó)內(nèi)同濟(jì)大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、南京大學(xué)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院等著名高校和科研機(jī)構(gòu)，還包括英國(guó)、美國(guó)及香港地區(qū)的的大學(xué)。

School of Surveying and Geo-informatics
Brief Introduction
Surveying and Geo-informatics Discipline was developed from the teaching and research section of Surveying of School of Civil Engineering, which began to recruit undergraduate students in 2002. Department of Land Surveying and Information Engineering was established in the School of Civil Engineering in 2008, which had two undergraduate programs in Surveying and Mapping Engineering and Geographic Information Science. School of Surveying and Geo-Informatics was founded in June, 2016.
The School has three teaching and research sections: Surveying and Mapping Engineering ,Remote sensing science and Technology, Geographic Information Science. There are three teaching laboratories: Engineering Surveying Laboratory, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Laboratory and Geographic Information System Laboratory. Research laboratories include Satellite Navigation and Positioning (including GNSS ground base stations) Laboratory, Quantitative Remote Sensing Laboratory, Urban 3D Image Processing Laboratory, and Urban Digital Space Simulation Laboratory. Main research platforms include Shandong Smart City Collaborative Innovation Center and Shandong Digital City Engineering Technology Center. Besides, the Surveying and Land Information Institute and the Remote Sensing and GIS Research Center of Shandong Jianzhu University are also set up.
The School has two undergraduate programs in Surveying and Mapping Engineering and in Geographic Information Science. The newly added program in Remote Sensing Science and Technology will begin to recruit undergraduate students in 2020. The School has Master’s program in Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology, together with professional Master’s program in Resources and Environment（research directions include basic surveying and mapping, photogrammetry and remote sensing, geographic information engineering and application, etc.） and in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering  (engineering surveying and BIM research direction). The School also has exchange programs in training undergraduates and postgraduates with colleges and universities in Europe, America, Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
There are 47 staff members in the School, of which 8 are professors, and 15 associate professors. In addition, there are 4 PhD supervisors and 21 Master’s supervisors. 75% of the full-time teachers are PhDs. Professor Jin Fengxiang, the president of Shandong Jianzhu University, is the academic leader in surveying and geo-informatics; who is also the foreign academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, and one of the first selected talents of “National New Century Million Talent Project”, as well as the guest professor of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) and the researcher of European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).  
In recent years, the School has published more than 300 academic papers, of which more than 50 have been indexed by the three major retrieving systems, as well as 6 teaching materials and books. We have undertaken and participated in more than 10 national projects, including the National 863 High Tech Program, the National Science-technology Support Plan Projects and the National Natural Science Foundation of China etc. There are 20 government-sponsored research projects at or above provincial level. The total research funds of government-sponsored and enterprise-funded research projects are 20 million yuan. The School has won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award at provincial and ministerial level for three times and the third prize three times too.
The School now registers 700 full-time undergraduate students and 58 graduate students. Our students have actively been participating in various national science and technology competitions, and won more than 10 national awards and 30 provincial awards. Our graduates have been widely recognized by society that our employment rate and quality of employment list top position compared to the similar majors within the province. Over 20% students choose to further their study by pursuing graduate study in the national renowned universities and scientific research institutions such as Tongji University, Wuhan University, Nanjing University and Chinese Academy of Sciences etc., also including universities in Europe, North America, Australia and Hong Kong.
