  研究?jī)?nèi)容介紹
  “下丘腦-垂體-靶器官”作用通路,是調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的主要途徑。李娟博士目前在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金, 國(guó)家高科技研究計(jì)劃(863),轉(zhuǎn)基因新品種培育專(zhuān)項(xiàng)支持下,以家雞為研究模型,關(guān)注“下丘腦-垂體-卵巢”通路,圍繞催乳素生成釋放機(jī)制,卵泡發(fā)育機(jī)制開(kāi)展受體功能鑒定與基因網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控解析。
