  個(gè)人科研工作簡(jiǎn)介
  1)研究方向及主要學(xué)術(shù)成果:
  立足我國(guó)豐富的天然藥用生物資源寶庫(kù),發(fā)揮在天然藥物研發(fā)的資源優(yōu)勢(shì),圍繞艾滋病等傳染性疾病、臨床常見惡性腫瘤等疾病及重大新藥創(chuàng)制等國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略需求,以具有特異糖結(jié)合能力的非免疫來源的凝集素為主線,集成現(xiàn)代生物技術(shù)手段,進(jìn)行具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、抗病毒和抗腫瘤活性的凝集素等活性大分子的篩選、規(guī)模制備、基因克隆與蛋白序列、重組蛋白表達(dá)、生物活性及其基于腫瘤調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分子機(jī)制、基于結(jié)構(gòu)的分子設(shè)計(jì)和改造以及蛋白多肽數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的構(gòu)建和利用轉(zhuǎn)基因植物大量獲得活性蛋白等系統(tǒng)研究。發(fā)揮生命科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)和信息科學(xué)等學(xué)科特點(diǎn)及學(xué)科交叉優(yōu)勢(shì),引入系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)整體性、信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控的研究策略和理念,集成生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子藥理學(xué)、組學(xué)和系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)等技術(shù)方法,系統(tǒng)研究中草藥蛋白多肽抗腫瘤分子機(jī)制及其潛在靶標(biāo),拓辟了“凝集素探針-腫瘤細(xì)胞程序性死亡相關(guān)蛋白-miRNA相互調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)”研究新方向,為基于中藥源活性蛋白多肽為先導(dǎo)或候選化合物的功能機(jī)制研究提供示范性的新思路并為源頭創(chuàng)新藥物研發(fā)提供通用模式。
