  個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
  1976年生。本科至博士均就讀于中國(guó)科技大學(xué),1998年材料物理學(xué)士,2004年凝聚態(tài)物理博士。其后在浙江大學(xué)硅材料國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事博士后研究,2006年材料系副研究員。2009年2月香港城市大學(xué)物理與材料科學(xué)系訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,為期1年。
  一直從事半導(dǎo)體薄膜及納米材料制備、光電特性及器件應(yīng)用研究。
  主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部博士點(diǎn)基金、浙江省自然科學(xué)基金等多項(xiàng)研究課題,作為主要人員參加科技部973項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、浙江省科技廳重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等。
  迄今發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇,其中影響因子3.0以上論文28篇,包括Nano Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Appl. Phys. Lett.、J. Phys. Chem. C等國(guó)際著名期刊。論文被SCI他引900余次。2篇論文入選由美國(guó)物理聯(lián)合會(huì)(AIP)、美國(guó)物理學(xué)會(huì)(APS)等聯(lián)合主辦的《納米科技虛擬期刊》(Virtual Journal of Nanoscale Science & Technology)。作為主要成員獲浙江省科學(xué)技術(shù)(自然科學(xué)類)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任Adv. Mater. (Wiley), J. Phys. Chem. (ACS), Cryst. Growth Des. (ACS), Opt. Express (OSA), J. Appl. Phys. (AIP), Nanoscale (RSC), J. Phys.: Condens. Matter (IOP) 等十多個(gè)國(guó)際著名期刊審稿人。
