  1997年畢業(yè)于青島海洋大學水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖專業(yè),獲博士學位。

  山東遺傳學會副理事長;中國海洋生物工程學會專業(yè)委員會副主任委員;中國貝類學會理事;中國水產(chǎn)學會海水養(yǎng)殖分會理事;國家基金委專家評審組成員;國家水產(chǎn)原良種審定委員會委員;農(nóng)業(yè)部海洋漁業(yè)資源可持續(xù)利用重點開放實驗室客座教授;上海水產(chǎn)大學兼職教授;比利時根特大學博士生國外導師。
  
  研究方向和興趣領(lǐng)域:
  我們實驗室聚焦在貝類遺傳學和種質(zhì)工程研究,重點開展扇貝的遺傳學現(xiàn)象和機理、性狀的分子標記和遺傳調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)解析等研究,并應(yīng)用分子生物學、細胞遺傳學和現(xiàn)代育種技術(shù)相結(jié)合等方法建立貝類的良種培育體系;同時我們也對貝類基因組學和進化生物學感興趣,貝類奇異的基因組結(jié)構(gòu),豐富的遺傳多樣性和復(fù)雜的遺傳現(xiàn)象讓我們迷惑和興奮。
  
  主要學術(shù)成就:
  主持和承擔了國家重點和重大項目20余項。在扇貝的遺傳育種理論和技術(shù)研究中取得重要突破,率先構(gòu)建了扇貝的遺傳連鎖圖譜,建立了貝類GISH分析技術(shù)和標準SSR位點種質(zhì)鑒定技術(shù),建立了我國扇貝的良種培育體系,應(yīng)用分子標記技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代選育技術(shù)相結(jié)合培育出第一個高產(chǎn)抗逆的扇貝新品種“蓬萊紅”,獲得國家新品種證書,取得顯著的社會經(jīng)濟效益,2005年獲國家海洋局創(chuàng)新成果一等獎。
  在國內(nèi)外著名科學刊物上發(fā)表論文100余篇(其中SCI、EI收錄50余篇),主參編專著多部;成果獲各級獎勵20余項,其中國家科技進步二等獎1項,省部級一等獎4項、二等獎2項。自2002年以來,連續(xù)3屆獲青島市技術(shù)拔尖人才稱號,2003年獲全國優(yōu)秀水產(chǎn)科技工作者,2004年獲青島市優(yōu)秀教師稱號,2006年獲國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼榮譽稱號。
