  董五輩,男,1965年2月出生,博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事于植物與病原物的分子互作,遺傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建及工程,非寄主抗性等研究。本實驗室所采用的主要分子生物學(xué)實驗技術(shù)包括SDS-PAGE,蛋白質(zhì)互作的篩選,基因的分離,克隆與表達,載體的構(gòu)建,cDNA文庫構(gòu)建,生物芯片,熒光定量PCR,植物與微生物的基因轉(zhuǎn)化,RNA干擾技術(shù)等等。我們在《The Plant Cell》,《PNAS》,《PLoS ONE》,《IET Systems Biology》,《Molecular Plant Pathology》,《農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)學(xué)報》等國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表文章30多篇。包括《ScienceDaily》,《Economist》,《Daily Science News》,《United Press International》,《Medical News Today》,《NewsZoom》,《The Sunday Paper》,《Bio-Medicine》,《What's Next In Science & Technology》,《UGA NEWS》等至少33家國際媒體曾先后報道了我們的研究工作。
